Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancel at least 12 hours before your appointment for a full refund, or reschedule at no charge. For cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice, we offer one reschedule with your payment applied to the new appointment instead of a refund.
If an emergency arises, please contact us. If Paul needs to cancel, you may choose a full refund or a new appointment.
